• Pricing for Services is subject to change at any time.
• Fees, subscription costs, or one-time charges will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
• Payment is due in accordance with the agreed billing terms.
• We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate payments.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

• Nightshift AI provides its Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or performance metrics.
• Nightshift AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding three (3) months.

• All content, software, systems, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and proprietary technology associated with the Services are the exclusive property of Nightshift AI or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

• Appointment reminders
• Service updates
• Account notifications
• Promotional or informational messages
